John Stich is a senior international development and strategic advisory professional with more than 20 years of project management, civil-military operations, diplomatic engagement, financial investment, and foreign assistance experience across Europe, Central Asia, and the United States.
With the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), he designed and provided technical oversight on foreign assistance programs funded at over $200 million USD, including initiatives involving supply chains for critical minerals, natural gas development, counter narcotics activity, and criminal justice sector reform.
He also brings a substantial private sector finance and consulting background. This experience provides an additional perspective on private-sector capabilities, financial decision-making, infrastructure investment, and economic development in complex operating environments.
He holds a Master of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh.
