Edward is an operational strategist and technology consultant who works at the intersection of military operations, enterprise software, and stakeholder engagement. He specializes in helping complex organizations adopt advanced technology systems and translating user workflows into practical, high-value technical solutions.

Currently, Edward serves with the Mission Command Training Program, where he supports humanitarian and interagency planning for corps- and division-level Army Warfighter Exercises. He has successfully supported Warfighter Exercises and Next Generation Constructive/Risk Reduction Exercises.  He is a former cease fire monitor for the Organization for Security Co-operation in Europe’s Special Monitoring Mission-Ukraine.

Previously, Edward drove technology adoption in the private sector as an enterprise software consultant with Ernst & Young and Capgemini. In these roles, he mastered the art of client discovery, workflow optimization, and ensuring software implementations delivered measurable business value. He later expanded his expertise to coordinating cross-functional missions with the Department of Defense, Department of State, USAID, coalition partners, and international organizations.
