95th CA BDE Training, Exercise,
& Mission Support Program
Motive International is the sole performer on a flexible, 5-year contracted program that allows the 95th CA BDE (SO) (A) and its subordinate elements to access on-demand, customizable training, tabletop exercise (TTX), and mission support services from Motive International. Any unit in the 95th formation can initiate an order under this contract.
Transforming Crisis Systems (TCS) Course
Motive’s “TCS” course trains soldiers in a 6-step methodology that fuses MDMP and the Joint Planning Process (JPP) with interagency and interdisciplinary analytic, planning, and assessment techniques. TCS can be delivered during individual training cycles to build essential critical and creative thinking skills, or as an applied collective training workshop in support of real-world operations, such as to conduct Mission Analysis, produce or update operational plans.
Can be run as an applied workshop for real-world operations.
