CONTRACT #: H9223925D0002 | POP: MARCH 2025 - MARCH 2030

Transforming Crisis Systems (TCS) Course

Motive’s “TCS” course trains soldiers in a 6-step methodology that fuses MDMP and the Joint Planning Process (JPP) with interagency and interdisciplinary analytic, planning, and assessment techniques. This course is ideal for learning how to understand highly complex systems, develop logically sound operational approaches, airtight measures of effectiveness (MOEs), and synchronize effects across friendly and neutral players in the OE.

TCS can be delivered during individual training cycles to build essential critical and creative thinking skills, or as an applied collective training workshop to conduct Mission Analysis, produce operational plans, or synchronize with cross-functional, interagency, or other unified action partners.

Applied workshops can be run up to the SECRET level, while the original TCS curricula is typically executed as an unclassified, hands on practical exercise that builds power problem-solving skills.
