& Mission Support Program

Motive International is the exclusive partner on a flexible, 5-year contracted program that allows the 95th CA BDE (SO)(A) and its subordinate elements to access on-demand, customizable training, tabletop exercise (TTX), and mission support services.
Anyone in the 95th formation can leverage this contract.
Strategic Communications Training (SCT)
“SCT” prepares soldiers with the essential tools and skills they need to clearly communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
Based on unit requirements and priorities, SCT’s flexible curriculum can focus on oral, written, or both formats of communication, and can be tailored to prepare students for communications with specific audiences (e.g., Ambassadors, military decision-makers, host nation partners, etc.) or in specific styles (e.g., decision briefs, specific memo types, etc.).
Students create real products and get reps delivering briefs, drafting and editing written products, and benefiting from 1-on-1 coaching from seasoned communicators.
Motive can deliver SCT in conjunction with The Brief Lab upon request.
COURSE details:
Duration: 3-5 days (flexible delivery schedule)
Location: On-site at Ft. Bragg or off-site in Southern Pines, NC; Other locations by request.
Class Size: Max. 25 students
Delivered by: Expert instructors include seasoned public speakers, executive briefers, and published authors.
Schedule: Units can book a custom iteration on-demand at any time.
