Motive International is the exclusive partner on a flexible, 5-year contracted program that allows the 95th CA BDE (SO)(A) and its subordinate elements to access on-demand, customizable training, tabletop exercise (TTX), and mission support services.
Anyone in the 95th formation can leverage this contract.
Governace & Social Contracts (Gov) Course
Motive’s popular “Gov” course was specifically developed for Special Operations Civil Affairs in 2016 and has since been delivered and adapted for thousands of CA, CIMIC, interagency, and international partners since then.
The SOF CA specific curriculum fulfills 95th BDE training guidance on governance-related CA tasks and is recognized in 350-1 guidance.
The course prepares soldiers to assess, describe, depict, and support targeting of friendly, adversary, and neutral governance systems. Course concepts and tools are action-oriented and operationally relevant for competition, crisis, conflict, and transition-stage operating environments, and have been proven in real-world missions in every theatre.
This course can be regionally or thematically customized, and is ideal for individual or collective-stage pre-mission training.
