Program Highlights

Event: ATLAS LION 25-02 TTX Beta iteration

10-11 JUN 2025 (0900-UTC daily) - Ft. Bragg, NC

An AI-powered, data-driven Civil Affairs Company certification tabletop exercise (TTX) designed & delivered by Motive International in partnership with 91st CA BN (SO)(A)

Event Overview:

Objectives & Training Audience (TA): Atlas Lion 25-02 is a CA Co CERTEX assessing B/91st proficiency in 4 CA critical tasks: network dev; CA support to targeting; CKI in ops process; consolidate gains.

Context: This event is a beta test of an innovative tabletop exercise (TTX) model to assess soldier performance of nuanced capabilities that demand deep, complex scenarios and sensitive data analytics (assessments). The TTX leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human domain expertise to deliver both. Motive developed the beta version of this TTX with a 1-month suspense, demonstrating the speed and adaptability of technologies and methods employed. Beta testing will inform execution of a final TTX in OCT 2025 and validate options to adapt the TTX model for wider CA and ARSOF audiences.

Scenario: The TTX’s underlying base scenario is an AOR-agnostic, Phase III-IV LSCO scenario that can be customized by theater, echelon, or MOS. Atlas Lion 25-02 is a Co level CERTEX customized for the ARICOM AO that dovetails with 91st BN’s Atlas Lion team-level FTX.

Innovative Technology & TTX Elements:

  • Generative AI tuned in advance enables dynamic scripting and multimedia production to provide a scenario with limitless depth still bounded by exercise objectives. Complexity without chaos!

  • Large Language Models capture and analyze multi-form TA data and inputs (e.g., verbal, written, slides).

  • Sophisticated assessment rubrics feature thousands of data points scored via AI + human analytics.

  • Web-based TTX enables delivery in live, remote, or hybrid formats for co-located or distributed TAs.

  • Automation enables low-resource/light footprint exercise requiring minimal OC & EXCON personnel.
