Motive is a Washington, DC-based social enterprise with a mission to mitigate conflict and enhance stability and sustainability around the globe.

We advance our mission in three ways:

Impact initiatives

Motive’s unique social enterprise model means we earn client-generated revenue then invest it into not-for-profit activities that advance our social mission to mitigate global conflict and instability. We’ve sent pro-bono experts to frontline conflicts, funded innovative research and service projects, and continually advance our community of practice through outreach and thought leadership.

See how we shaped policy options in Colombia to mitigate the impacts of the Venezuelan migrant crisis.
